InviSmile ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

InviSmile does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Specifically, we do not collect:
All data you enter into InviSmile — including treatment plans, wear time records, tray information, and settings — is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled).
We have no access to your iCloud data. Apple's iCloud infrastructure handles all synchronization, and the data is encrypted end-to-end.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework. This allows your data to sync across your Apple devices. This feature is optional and can be disabled at any time in the app's settings.
Your iCloud data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and is protected by Apple's security measures.
InviSmile does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.
If you enable notifications, they are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to or processed by any external server.
InviSmile does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
