All content, design, graphics, and code within InviSmile are owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
We strive to keep InviSmile available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
While the app uses iCloud for synchronization, you are responsible for maintaining backups of any important data. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InviSmile and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
